Shortlist

Each of the Award Categories were judged by a panel of experts who then drew up a shortlist of finalists for each of the Award categories based on the written/electronic applications received.

The names of the winning entrants were released at The Glasgow Business Awards 2009 Dinner and Awards Ceremony on Thursday 8 October 2009:
